More About Me

Background

As a third-generation Bellevue native, husband, father, athlete, and active community member, Charles Webb has deep roots in the Eastside and a profound appreciation for its vibrant neighborhoods. Growing up in Yarrow Point has provided him with invaluable insight into what makes this area special. Charles attended Clyde Hill Elementary, Chinook Middle School, and Bellevue High School, where he formed lasting connections within the community.

After high school, Charles played a year of baseball at Spokane Falls College before taking a leap to embrace a life of adventure. He packed a backpack and moved to Southern California, spending five incredible years surfing, exploring the coast, and living on the road with his brother. Those experiences taught him resilience, adaptability, and the importance of embracing life’s journey.

Charles eventually returned to Washington, where he completed his education at Bellevue College and played a year of basketball. During this time, he met the love of his life. Together, they have built a beautiful family with three wonderful children and now reside in Kirkland.

Prior To Real Estate

Before transitioning to real estate, Charles spent over a decade in real estate technology sales and recruiting. During that time, he helped agents manage and grow their businesses by nurturing their personal networks and building a strong online presence. These roles gave Charles a unique perspective and honed his ability to strategize, connect, and support others in achieving their goals.

Charles brings his real-life experiences and passion for serving others to every client interaction. His approach is rooted in genuine connection, and he strives to create long-lasting relationships with the people he works with. Charles' mission is to make every client’s buying or selling journey not only successful but also meaningful.
